Why participate in the Winter Workout Series?
Countless studies reinforce the health benefits of physical activity in patients, survivors and healthy people alike.
Physical activity has been shown to:
Improve certain side effects of cancer and its treatment
Increase length of survival after cancer
Prevent or curtail a variety of non-cancer diagnoses
Manage physiologic symptoms such as pain, peripheral neuropathy, neutropenia, thrombocytopenia and fatigue
Help to minimize psychological symptoms such as anxiety and depression

Or a brain tumor … all this will become big. God bless you.
